Born and raised in Lake Oswego, Oregon, I found my way to Dallas, Texas, at the age of 19, where I embarked on a career in IT. My journey into technology began unexpectedly when my boss handed me a computer and a couple of software packages, saying, “Learn how to use this. I think it’s the next big thing.” I dove in and enjoyed the early days of tech innovation, but I soon realized there was a deeper calling—something that truly made a difference and helped people.
In 1999, I returned to Lake Oswego, driven by a desire to serve and connect. I began volunteering at a local cat shelter, fueled by my passion for animals, and was soon hired as a veterinary assistant. While I loved caring for the cats, I struggled with the emotional toll of loss, revealing a compassionate nature that also made me aware of my own need for healing.
Coming from a background marked by trauma, abuse, addiction, and mental health challenges, I faced a low point in my life—dealing with poor health and persistent pain. My search for relief led me to explore various healing modalities, culminating in discovering Ortho-Bionomy. Though my first session was subtle, I felt an undeniable sense of well-being and motivation, and I began experiencing physical relief and emotional release. As I continued treatments, I realized this work resonated deeply with my purpose.
Eager to deepen my understanding and expand my ability to help others, I trained extensively in Ortho-Bionomy, working with over 500 clients during my certification process. I proudly earned my practitioner’s license in March 2025. Ortho-Bionomy has transformed my life, helping me heal and find purpose, and I am now committed to sharing its benefits with others. I am currently advancing my skills through the Advanced Practitioner Training Program.
At 65, I am excited to start my own practice and continue embracing the gifts of life, health, and service. When I have rare free moments, I love cuddling with my cats Fred and Ginger, expressing myself through oil painting, and reaching out to support those suffering from trauma, addiction, and mental health challenges.
For me, Ortho-Bionomy is more than a profession—it's my purpose, and I am grateful every day for the journey that brought me here.

In the fall of 2022, my youngest child went through physical therapy for chronic back pain. While I watched, the physical therapist spent time digging into the intercostal muscles between their ribs, and my child lay there crying because it hurt so badly. I knew there had to be a better way to ease the pain.
I met an Ortho-Bionomy Practitioner a few years previous to this time, and learned a bit about the work. It’s amazing how those little moments of interaction stick in a person’s mind and resurface when the time is right. We crossed paths again, and I scheduled my first session in March of 2023. Before the session was over, I knew that I wanted to learn how to do the work. Two years have passed since then, and I have now graduated from the Rocky Mountain Ortho-Bionomy Center with over 500 hours of training to become a Certified Practitioner of Ortho-Bionomy.
Over the course of the last two years, I have learned an immensely valuable set of skills that harnesses my natural talents and allows me to support client’s bodies in a way that I never could have dreamed of before. In that time, I was also diagnosed with fibromyalgia and inflammatory arthritis in my lower spine. While I don’t like how familiar I have become with chronic pain, that familiarity has allowed me to understand how it affects people every day, and it has deepened my love for Ortho-Bionomy in a way that could not have happened any other way.

“Orthobionomy is the most powerfully healing bodywork I have ever experienced. I have tried many different modalities including massage, Feldenkrais, Alexander technique, and nothing has created lasting change like Orthobionomy. Orthobionomy led to healing and release of long held muscular tension in a way that nothing else has. I am grateful to have found it and grateful to have found TJ. TJ is an incredibly gifted practitioner. She uses her unique intuitiveness in combination with her technical skills to provide a deeply healing experience. TJ’s approach to working with her clients is authentic. She has the perfect blend of caring, humor, and dogged persistence to learn from you about your body’s patterns and facilitate true healing.”

Skeptic turned believer -
For months, I suffered bursitis pain in my elbow. I tried anti-inflammatory medications, creams, heat/ice, and elbow sleeves. Nothing helped. The pain was so bad that l even tried an arm sling to keep my elbow from moving. Again, there was no relief. I was told about ortho-bionomy, and honestly, I was skeptical...VERY skeptical. How could that possibly help? But l thought, "Well, couldn't hurt." It's been over a year since that one treatment, and I have had ZERO pain. I can't explain it, I don't completely understand it, and sometimes I still can't believe it. But I, the skeptic, will tell you - it works! Thank you Fifi!!

“I started seeing TJ when she was a student taking classes to learn Ortho Bionomy. Even as a student, she had a supernatural ability that she applied to her knowledge. which made her skills excel above others. She continually drills down to find the main issue in order to give you a release from pain. She never gives up and is constantly learning more about her trade. I have referred friends, colleagues and family to her over the past year. She even treated my dog successfully after he injured his hip. I would highly recommend Tracy! Your body deserves her touch.”

“I’ll admit I was skeptical about OB at first. The results aren’t always instantaneous. But TJ is a quiet miracle worker, gently teasing out my body’s discontents, leaving it more pliant and receptive to its own healing powers. I felt like my body hadn’t been “worked on,” but rather, “ released.” Subtle strengthening at its best!”

“The day after being involved in a serious car accident, I was struggling with intense nausea and a debilitating headache. Thankfully, Tracy, a licensed Ortho-Bionomy practitioner completely changed my recovery experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in expert hands. Tracy took the time to really listen to what I was going through, both physically and emotionally. The session itself was incredibly gentle yet surprisingly effective. Through subtle, precise movements and positioning, the practitioner helped release tension and restore balance in my body. I could feel the nausea beginning to subside during the session, and by the end, the nausea and pounding headache was gone. What impressed me most was Tracy’s intuitive, compassionate approach. She didn’t just treat the symptoms — she addressed the deeper imbalances caused by the trauma of the accident. I left the session feeling calmer, clearer, and significantly more comfortable. I can’t recommend Tracy highly enough! If you’re dealing with pain, discomfort, or post-traumatic symptoms, this is the kind of care that truly supports your healing journey. I’m incredibly grateful for the relief and support I received.”

“After 40 years of teaching, performing and creating dance, my body began to display physical exhaustion. Severe pain in my ankles, feet, hips, back, neck and more, is the price I am paying for a career that was fun and great, but now I am experiencing the drawbacks.I was advised by my primary care doctor to look into physical therapy, but after trying the suggested exercises, I was getting worse. Then, I heard about Ortho-Bionomy and decided to try it. What a relief! The pain still comes and goes, but I am able to maintain my life with improved mobility. T.J. is a miracle worker. The fact that the procedure is non-invasive, relaxing, and pain-free, adds to the success of my healing process. T.J. is a blessing in my life, and I can honestly say her gentle healing touch is a testimony to my being able to walk in less pain.”

“I have struggled with chronic pain and illness for the past 20 years, including Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, advanced fibromyalgia, and both types of arthritis. After an accident at the end of 2019 and then with the whole COVID craziness, I was a physical mess. I'd had little treatment after my accident due to COVID shutdowns and had resigned myself to pain being my 'unavoidable zone' in which I lived. It was miserable. I was on a strong pain management regiment and my quality of life had diminished. Even more so as I regained childhood trauma memories that left me with years of counseling ahead of me in progressive healing.
I felt Tracy's presence before I saw her next to the table. The minute she laid her hands on me, I knew this was going to be different. At first, I found myself a little disappointed that the pressure was so gentle. I was used to the 'really deep' tissue massages that I felt I needed in order to help my body. As she explored and worked on my body in silence, she gently coaxed my muscles and soft tissue into deep release, and I realized I'd found something special.
She spent unhurried time going through my session and I never once felt she was rushed or worried about time. She then explained the theory behind OrthoBionomy and what to expect. She asked pertinent questions about my internal responses and left me to experience this bodywork mindfully and in silence, just as I prefer. Her level of knowledge is impressive, and her touch is divine. She has a healing touch, and she ministered to places in my body that had held tension for years! Her passion for what she does and her care for her clients was evident throughout my entire session.
As I arose after her treatment, I was actually carrying myself better. Things felt different, but lined up, and I wanted to weep with relief. The awkward feeling my body I was in now was void of pain! After just a few steps, the awkwardness disappeared and I felt lighter than I could remember, and I could literally feel no pain!
I don't understand it, but I don't need to, and TJ certainly does. Ortho-Bionomy makes perfect sense and is based on science of Osteopathy. It looks at the body as a whole and how everything in it is connected.
UPDATE: I can't believe that I was sore the next 48 hours from such a light touch! Not a painful sore, and no bruising. Just the kind of 'hurts so good' when something that's hurt so bad for so long is finally moving. I did follow her advice for 3 days - tons of water, gentle movement like slow walks, and giving my body as much rest as possible for a couple of nights. I did all she suggested and it worked. It's now been almost a week and I'm still feeling more energy, less pain and easier movement with much less discomfort. I can't wait to get back! I found the key to my pain and even emotional tension, and I will not give it up. Save me space, TJ!”
